Conan obtained his BCom at the University of Port Elizabeth in 1986, and his honours early 1987.
After his national service, he joined the FMCG Industry and quickly moved up in the company to National Business Development Manager, based in Johannesburg.
In 1994 Conan started a Services Management Company, and because of his innovative philosophies, the business grew to provide business with security, cleaning, washroom hygiene and landscaping services.
In 1998 his business was listed on the JSE and further expanded to include security operations in the UK (2000 security personnel), waste management in Australia, CCTV and surveillance for Casinos in Las Vegas and South Africa, and he continued to grow his business in South Africa with more than 15 000 personnel locally.
In 2002, Conan de-listed and sold the company to a merchant bank. He undertook a year sabbatical travelling through Eastern Africa. Upon his return in 2003, Conan started planning his next service management company, starting trade again in 2005 with the purchase of two shelf companies – Sinuku Security Services (trading under the Vizual branch) and Zama Cleaning.
Both companies have shown great potential over the last 14 years of trading with more than 800 employees.



Thabisa started her career with Vizual in 2002 as site senior. From the onset, it was apparent that Thabisa had great ambition and burning entrepreneurship. As a Group, we saw the amazing potential and started what would be an exciting and rewarding journey for our company and Thabisa.
We implemented a skills transfer and uplifting program starting with departmental orientation to enable Thabisa to gain the necessary experience and knowledge of all aspects of the business. From Reception, to Operations Management and Finance, within our in-house Loan Company, and Sales.
Thabisa was also given the opportunity, finance and skill to establish her own canteen and fast food business, catering to our staff and surrounding areas.
In 2015 it was decided that with continued knowledge transfer, skills development and financial assistance, Thabisa had arrived at a point in her career where she could embrace developing trends by applying her newly acquired skills and best practice strategies, to head a division within the Group and continue to uplift our staff and community at large. Thabisa will continue to expand her knowledge through our ongoing mentoring and executive training program for the next 24 months.



Having been born in Mafikeng and completing his studies in Auditing there, Oagile moved to Cape Town in 2006, and joined our Finance team nine months later in June 2007. Through his commendable work ethics, dedication and hard work, he has made a significant contribution to the growth of his department and remains a key person to the success of the company and its wellbeing.



John matriculated at D.F. Malan High School and obtained his security training in the SA Air Force, completing 3 ½ years’ service before joining the Private Security Sector. John worked his way up the ranks in the Operations field until he became Western Cape Regional Director for Bidvest Magnum. He returned to his field of expertise in Operations and joined as an Area Manager, where he worked his way up to Operations Manager and now General Manager for our Guarding division. John believes his mutual respect and communication with the workforce has been a good attribute to his success in this industry. In his private time he love spending time with his Beagle, Felix, or on his motorbike on the open road.



Christoph matriculated in Johannesburg and spent 2 years as Ops Medic in the SANDF. Thereafter he pursued a career with Denel Informatics whilst studying programming for 3 years. During the following years his interest in the Financial Management field developed in various positions held within Siemens including Internal Audit, Commercial Manager African Countries and eventually Commercial Manager for their Cape Town branch. Prior to joining our company, he also held interest in a Cleaning Company and acted as Financial Manager for the Institute of Hospitality Training. He has completed various certificates in Business Management, HACCP, UNISA SBL and Stellenbosch Business School (Project Management). He is currently the Commercial Project Manager for large projects within the Technical Division, planning and executing security surveillance and access control solutions for customers in all industries.



Riette started her career in the SADF 20 years ago. The positive disciplined environment helped her in her further Diploma studies majoring in Public Relations and Business Management where she furthered her career in the corporate environment at Siemens, starting as a Value Added Sales Representative and leaving the company after several years as the National Dealer Manager, when her husband was transferred to Cape Town. In Cape Town she joined The Cleaning Specialists on a Marketing- and Operational level where her knowledge for the industry grew to a great extent. Riette joined Vizual Multi Service as Operations Manager and was promoted General Manager as from 01 January 2014. As of 2016 Riette has been serving as Executive Director.



As Group Sales Director, Sandy is responsible for Sales and Marketing of the Group’s diverse service offering. Sandy has 20 years’ experience in the Security & Cleaning Industry, and has built a reputation of providing integrated solutions to all sectors of the market. With a hands on approach, Sandy is able to offer solutions that effectively and efficiently provide our clients with the peace of mind achieved through sound partnerships.



Johan studied at the University of the Orange Free State and has been the Financial Accountant for the Group since August 2012. Johan has more than 30 years’ experience as an accountant. Dealing with all financial and statutory requirements for the group and ensuring that the group is fully tax compliant.
